Mercedes

I call Mercedes minutes before the appointed hour and ask if she can save me some choice meat. I scamper down to the shop and she is there, smiling with her pig molar necklace, ready to throw down some beefy knowledge. I am not ready to be a vegetarian again, a lark I've picked up a few times in the past, mostly because Marlow & Daughters offers the sort of conscientious butcher's product that appeals to my conscientious tongue. And so there I am, minutes before closing time, hustling Mercedes for the sausage she'll hand me with a smile.

I just brought me lady to Marlow and Sons on Monday. I love what Mark and Andrew are doing on that stretch of Broadway.
