How you use it to biologically succeed is a question for you and you alone. Whether you use it to prop things up and maintain, making sure you do not take anything for granted that way, that is for you to decide. Whether you use it to push whatever your boundaries are and to explore, making sure you do not take things for granted that way, that is your decision as well.
