I've always liked the phrase apres le deluge.
This is Waltz Op8 No4 by Mangore.  The track does not specify the guitar player, however, a little sniffing around makes me wonder if it is not John Williams

Today at a signal, a fellow cyclist failed to detach his toe clip and fell on me in slow motion. He was embarrassed. i tried to not be too amused.
