Every summer, a Mexican beer is deemed the official Summer Beer around our house. Some years its Tecate, some Sol or Corona. Last summer it was Modelo.

Pretty sure Pacifico was the Official Summer Beer of 1993. Not to say it hasn't repeated since, but the 1993 vintage was ripe.
