Admittedly, when Casson and Anna decided to open up an art gallery in Santa Barbara I raised my eyebrows more than a little. That grumpy gnome of a New York skeptic prodded around in my cranium, knocking down jars and pressing doorbells and I just had to shake my head at the folly of it all. But what good is being a skeptic? Especially when there is so much love and ability being put into an endeavor so noble?
Casson and Anna run a rad little art gallery off State Street in Santa Barbara and mine talent both around Santa Barbara and beyond. They are finding their way into a lifestyle of their choosing, giving the familial finger to the naysayers. It is impossible not to appreciate their heart, their courage and their curatorial eye.
Folly it is surely not.
