I like to think I was instrumental in getting Pere his first job stateside. I was manning the teleprompter, looking for a way out, Pere's sister was looking to get him into the studio in any capacity. Its been nine or so years and we are both in New York doing similar things again. His job is a tad more exciting however. He just returned from Milan where he shot some fashion shows. Give a guy a hand and he'll pull right past you.
The annual Diner v. Bonita Turkey Cup is less than a month away and last night Danny and I had the bright idea to try and get the band back together and in shape. Exactly three of us showed for the last minute kickaround and the ball was flat.
All worked out in the end though, as the Soft Spot was serving two-for-ones.
