I admit you were firmly in mind. But it's out of a bottle. However, Ana, the bartender, had to roll the bottle upside down between her palms over the glass for a good thirty seconds after draining the contents.
"Apparently, that's the rules," she said. Something about sediment.
She also said she likes it when people order this beer as it gives her a chance to "stand here and do nothing for a moment."
